Come dive right in to our long history of pleasing people with this amazing opportunity for someone to join our facilities team as an Antique Restoration and Installation Specialist! This individual will pull, design, and install decorative fixture packages in new and older stores to create an old country store atmosphere for maximum customer appeal. Restore décor by painting, welding, cleaning, and/or manufacturing parts, from wood or metal, to restore décor to close to original condition. Travel to various stores to install décor. Cutting picture frame molding, cutting glass and assembly of frames for paper advertising.


  • Designs new and old store decorative fixture packages, to include, setting up displays for management approval, taking photographs or drafting displays to ensure proper installation at the job site, maintaining inventory of fixtures, and packing the fixtures for shipment.
  •  Installs décor packages. Travels to the location, unloads the truck, inventories the fixtures into locations, and supervises contracted carpenters to ensure fixtures are installed to Company standards. Installs fixtures. Maintains accurate expense, time, and store report records.
  •  Builds props, display cases, shelves and shadowboxes as needed for the decorative fixture packages.
  •  Sets up and takes down the display area for displaying fixtures using blueprints.
  •  Cleans, repairs, secures, restores, and modifies décor to return the item to its original appearance, and modify, if necessary, for it to function properly for its intended use and location.
  •  Assists in the receiving of new décor into the warehouse by unloading trucks, placing items into the proper storage area, and bar-coding décor to assure accurate inventory.
  • Ordering supplies for restoration and installation of décor as well as maintaining appropriate levels of both.\
  •  Maintains the Décor Warehouse by sweeping, emptying trash, straightening shelves, and picking up personal work area.
  •  Cuts various styles of picture frame molding, glass, and assembly of frames for paper advertisements
  •  Assists in designing shadowboxes and framing any items needed for display
  • Misc. Maintenance Dept. duties as required to include cardboard removal from all buildings, moving furniture, changing light bulbs, painting in all buildings.


Experience and Education

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent mix of education and experience.


  • Lift truck certification

Knowledge and Skills

  • Carpentry skills (woodworking, proper use of power tools).
  • Drafting knowledge.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Blueprint reading.
  • General supervisory skills.
  • Knowledge of proper welding and welding techniques.
  • Knowledge of picture framing
  • Data entry
