This role encompasses strategic oversight of third-party aggregator relationships (Uber Eats, Grub Hub, Door Dash, etc), individual to-go initiatives, and collaboration with internal teams to align menu offerings and marketing strategies. The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the restaurant industry, and a passion for innovation.

This includes consulting on project teams and working in close partnership with key stakeholders across roles and departments to develop comprehensive training strategies to achieve key organizational objectives and metrics.

They are responsible for developing and executing the category procurement strategies in support of company strategy. The Sr. Buyer should be the company expert and resource for the assigned industries, commodities, products, and suppliers. The primary areas of focus are negotiations, drafting and documenting supply agreements, managing supplier performance and relationships, identifying, and developing sources of supply for new and existing products, analyzing data to include spend and usage, and working with a variety of cross-functional teams. This role will be the primary contact internally and externally for the portfolio of products managed.

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation. Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship managements in partnership with Infrastructure Support, POS support, Digital, and other departments. Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experience team members and serve as a subject matter expert. Acquires in depth functional knowledge of the application(s) supported and interdependencies of systems. Researches and troubleshoots escalated computer problems, provides training, tools, and process recommendations within the department. Will be expected to participate in on-call rotation for nights and weekend escalations.
