They are responsible for developing and executing the category procurement strategies in support of company strategy. The Sr. Buyer should be the company expert and resource for the assigned industries, commodities, products, and suppliers. The primary areas of focus are negotiations, drafting and documenting supply agreements, managing supplier performance and relationships, identifying, and developing sources of supply for new and existing products, analyzing data to include spend and usage, and working with a variety of cross-functional teams. This role will be the primary contact internally and externally for the portfolio of products managed.

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation. Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship managements in partnership with Infrastructure Support, POS support, Digital, and other departments. Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experience team members and serve as a subject matter expert. Acquires in depth functional knowledge of the application(s) supported and interdependencies of systems. Researches and troubleshoots escalated computer problems, provides training, tools, and process recommendations within the department. Will be expected to participate in on-call rotation for nights and weekend escalations.

Documents, reviews, and investigates Title II and Title VII claims. Designs and facilitates compliance and policy training. Develops communications directed at increasing awareness as a proactive measure towards addressing employee relations and guest public accommodation issues. Collaborates with others to resolve employee relations and guest public accommodation matters.

The logistics analyst ensures an optimal flow of goods throughout the retail supply chain by analyzing existing processes and past performance, by producing recommendations for process improvements and/or cost reductions, and by assisting the Logistics and Distribution team in the implementation and execution of initiatives. This position will support operational decisions with regards to carrier selection, shipment execution, and DC efficiency for the Retail Supply Chain.

Manages vendor partner relationships and performance. Conducts inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance while recommending improvements to remain compliant with health and safety regulations and aligned with sustainability efforts.

Primary responsibilities include vendor management, compliance, reporting, analysis, education, communications, and providing support to employees, managers, and leadership. This role will evaluate the effectiveness of training solutions, make recommendations based on performance outcomes, and work with stakeholders to assess return on investment. The L&D Program Manager will also provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams, oversee the development of training communication, and assist with strategic project implementation and administration, as needed.

This position will deliver technology solutions that streamline store operations, improve reporting, and drive business profitability.   This role requires a deep understanding of restaurant operations, a strong technical background, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This person will diagnose the problem with faulty equipment and repair and clean the equipment for return to Home Office or stores. This person will also be responsible for stages and ships repaired equipment to replace faulty equipment or new equipment for scheduled replenishment for stores and Home Office. Our ideal candidate will deploy vendor or travel to stores for scheduled and emergency maintenance and repairs and travel to new stores to install computers, peripherals, and network systems.
