Position Summary   Please note: The role is based out of MSBC Headquarters in Brentwood, TN, and has the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.   Maple Street Biscuit Company (MSBC) is a fast-casual breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant. We have a mission to help people, serve others, and be a part of the community and we operate on four (4) core principles: Comfort Food with a Modern Twist Made Consistently, Gracious Service, Immaculately Clean, and Sustainable Business.   MSBC is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to take ownership of Maple Street's Prime Cost Management systems for Food Cost and Inventory Management (CrunchTime) and Labor Cost Management (Revel/APS currently; soon to be Workday). This position will deliver technology solutions that streamline store operations, improve reporting, and drive business profitability.   This role requires a deep understanding of restaurant operations, a strong technical background, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This is evident from the moment you walk through our doors, with the first smile that greets you, from the items in our retail store to the food on the table, we welcome you home!   Cracker Barrel is seeking a PC Technician to repair and troubleshoot issues with Home Office and store equipment (computers, scanners, printers, PDA’s, check readers, touch screens, POS equipment, etc.). This person will diagnose the problem with faulty equipment and repair and clean the equipment for return to Home Office or stores. This person will also be responsible for stages and ships repaired equipment to replace faulty equipment or new equipment for scheduled replenishment for stores and Home Office. Our ideal candidate will deploy vendor or travel to stores for scheduled and emergency maintenance and repairs and travel to new stores to install computers, peripherals, and network systems.
