This individual will be responsible for the support and implementation of HCM areas in Workday to include based processes, programs, and solutions to support current and future business requirements. The Learning & Development Menu & Food Systems Program Manager is responsible for the coordination of people and processes to ensure training solutions for food systems and culinary initiatives are delivered on time and produce the desired results. This role will evaluate the effectiveness of training solutions, make recommendations based on performance outcomes, and work with stakeholders to assess return on investment. The L&D Program Manager will also provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams, oversee the development of training communication, and assist with strategic project implementation and administration, as needed.

This individual will be responsible for leading, managing, and administering the Cracker Barrel Gift Card program, collaborating with cross-functional teams to grow sales and customer satisfaction. Cracker Barrel is seeking a PC Technician to repair and troubleshoot issues with Home Office and store equipment (computers, scanners, printers, PDA’s, check readers, touch screens, POS equipment, etc.). This person will diagnose the problem with faulty equipment and repair and clean the equipment for return to Home Office or stores. This person will also be responsible for stages and ships repaired equipment to replace faulty equipment or new equipment for scheduled replenishment for stores and Home Office. Our ideal candidate will deploy vendor or travel to stores for scheduled and emergency maintenance and repairs and travel to new stores to install computers, peripherals, and network systems.
